If you want no nonsense basic breakfast done right and some of the best corn beef hash you've had in forever, this is the spot.
Locally owned and operated, with homemade jams and daily specials it's an easy staple for anyone's rotation. Add some green chilis to your (fresh cracked) eggs and don't forget the sausage. The portions are enormous so you'll likely have to take the carrot cake to go.

Well, we saw the photos on Yelp. I am always looking for something better than Denny's. Denny's has VERY GOOD hashed browns, and the rest is average, but acceptable. But, Denny's coffee sucks. It's like it was passed through a segment that was borrowed from the sun, or perhaps a super-powered laser. But, we were presented with a very tasty cup of coffee, after we sat down. Mary made me some tasty hashed browns, beautiful over-medium eggs that might have been basted, home-made sausage (home-made sausage!), and sourdough toast. My wife got the corned-beef hash, which is served with hashed browns, eggs and she got wheat toast. This is the important part: My wife liked it. She NEVER likes corned-beef hash because people really don't know how to cook it, but she is persistent. You can't fry wet things on the flat-top. So, you have to fry the potatoes in one area, and the corned beef separately. After both are nice and browned, you mix them together and fry it some more. This is how Mary cooks it. It's a lot of work by a lady that really cares about the quality of her work. Actually, my wife loved it! She can't eat much, so it took her awhile. She ate most of it, and I was pretty blown away because she never eats that much. An A+ on the corned-beef hash. I tasted it, was surprised to taste good hash, and I'm a good cook. They make a bunch of different hashes, and my wife wants to try the roast beef hash, next time. I might try a benedict or something like that. Very impressive for a first visit!
Excellent!! My husband and I were visiting Las Vegas from our home state of CT and were searching for a great spot for breakfast!! This was it! My husband declared his corned beef hash 'the best he's ever had'! I had the Turkey hash and it was also amazing. We both had our hash served with 2 eggs over easy and the toast was served with your choice of homemade jellies and jams!! Perfection!
I had to go to my favorite place for homemade cinnamon roll and fresh squeezed OJ. This is my go to home cafe, the service is alway good and welcoming. The place is clean and homie feeling.
I've been catching up on my reviews. If you have not visited Mary's Hash House do it soon! They have the best corned beef brisket hash! She also makes the best carrot cake and cinnamon rolls! Make sure to try their fresh strawberry jelly and freshly baked biscuits.

Nice simple restaurant. Big portions and good food. Not super fancy but I could actually taste the fresh peppers in the potatoes. Best breakfast I had on this trip. I should have tried the hash but went with the bacon and eggs. Wife had sausage and eggs. Will definitely repeat.
Be warned. We went on Super Bowl Sunday. That waitress said they were unusually slow. There maybe a wait to get in.

Mary's is the best breakfast spot in Las Vegas! Everything is home made and is delicious. The baked goods, jellies and sausage is beyond compare. I like having Hatch green chilies mixed in with my scrambled eggs.
Get off the strip and have a great meal at Mary's Hash House!
This place is freaking amazing!! I wanted a place with good food and off the strip-THIS IS THE PLACE!! Mary herself was in the kitchen making the most AMAZING, mouthwatering cinnamon rolls!! This WILL ALWAYS be my stop when I am in Vegas!!
